POPPY PETALS BOUTIQUE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

I purchased sandals from Monique on the 29th August 2022. Not once has she messaged or contacted me about the delay in receiving my sandals. I have to continuously contact her to be given various excuses. I finally asked her to send me something else instead, and again, agreed but still waiting! I don’t know how she can be in business quite honestly, the service is APPALLING!!!
