Do not recommend very bad service

I do not recommend Poppy Petals Boutique at all, I order my kids Christmas presents by her 7 weeks ago. 2 days before Christmas I only received half of the package and is still waiting for the rest. I asked her that she must send me her address so that I can return this and she can refund me so that I can buy my kids Christmas presents no answer on that.
