Popping is an agent that rents stalls at markets and Shopping Centres around South Africa for local vendors. I booked a night market stall in December with them and they cancelled hours before the market was supposed to be set up. They stated that they would process a refund, and after 2 months and numerous attempts to contact them, email etc they are not contactable.
