LIMP POPPADUM

Yesterday we ordered take-aways for Mothers Day from Poppadums in Gallo Manor which we intended to eat picnic style.To our amazement when the food arrived we were not provided with any cutlery nor were there serviettes or condiments to accompany the food. Albeit that the food was tasty except for the Malai Korma which was one lump of something coagulated and slimy and not dumplings by any stretch of the imagination when we eventually got to eat it much later short of eating it with our hands at the time for me the “crunch” has gone out of (the) Poppadum and instead it is more like a brittle cheap substitute.When I called to question it I was told that I had to specifically ask for these to be provided. In all my years of ordering take-aways never have I had to ask for cutlery or serviettes. At the very least if they are not prepared to provide it without asking the person taking the order should at least be asking whether they are required.Moreover the price that we were charged is more than that indicated on the menu and without even providing the basics namely cutlery and serviettes.My overall experience is that we were ********** and I would most definitely never order from them again.
