NOT REFUNDING DOUBLE CHARGES

We held a staff function at Poplars Friday 1 April. Upon paying the bill, the waiter kept telling us that the cards we are using are being declined. I was concerned but the waiter assured me that we will be refunded should the charges go through more than once. Come Monday, they charged us THREE times for the same bill. To date they owe me almost R6,500 and still just ignore all my requests to be refunded after driving up and down and call for a week. Promise after promise has been broken by the manager relating to the refund. How ********* can a place be? I have been fighting to get my OWN money back for a week now... Still nothing... Pathetic
