Popkeep just don't deliver you parcel

I ordered shoes on 6 September 2018. Paid and received confirmation that it will be shipped to South Africa. They state that it will take about 20 to 30 working days. After more than 30 days I checked the tracking, but they couldn't find it. They gave me a new tracking number. Their own system cannot find the new parcel either. Every time I email them they just reply that I have to wait, they are still following up. Today is 6 December 2018, I would say a little bit over 30 days. Don't ever buy from Popkeep, you will never get their parcel. It is a online shop, don't even know if they really exist.
