I placed an online order for clothing from PopJulia in May 2018. They write that the delivery takes 10 - 20 working days. Every time I write to them their email cites the same delivery time with an email address to follow up the progress of the order. Although the delivery company says the parcels have arrived in the country of destination, June 1, 2018, I have to date not received it. Is this a ****?
