Popeyes Sandton

I am appalled by the service and the audacity that the staff treats their customers at Popeyes Sandton City Mall. After purchasing my meal with the store my meal was not packaged as per usual standards instead it was thrown in the bag which I didn’t understand as to why was it not boxed then put in that take away bag. Upon approaching staff it was clear that there is no remorse for such actions managers were hard to reach as they are not on the sales floor, staff does as it please. This is very unsatisfactory and for such a brand it’s rather alarming.
