No response from Popeyes Jaye Sinclair

I have noticed that customers of Popeyes have taken the time and trouble to post a review on Popeyes but there have been no response from them. My car got ****** at Popeyes Cresta on Saturday and I have sent them an email and posted it on Facebook but still haven't received a response. I tried getting an email address from their CEO Jaye Sinclair but was unsuccessful. I once visited their store in Sandton City and they had no chicken. How do they run a business?
