POPETv has BAD SERVICE

I really try to understand this service, we do business with POPE Tv for quite some time now, previously an invoice was given after the Job was done and payment made thereafter, ALL of a sudden we must pay 50% for service not even started yet, and don't even mentioned the type of attitude this message was given to me... I do service with you every time, but I am now classified as those who did not pay on time. I got a quotation no one informed me that we must pay upfront, I phone back and asked if we can make payment once the job is done because it was done like that in the past, then I got a call back and a 50% payment is demanded, not for a friendly attitude at all. PopeTv you will soon be out voted because I am sure there will be service much better then yours... I will make sure its been publish on all media platforms, since you have this attitude "take it or leave it" also teach your receptionists manners, telephone ethics and how to talk with your customers. Treat everyone the same. Also teach them that when a customer phone and you agree to something stick to it, don't call back and have demanding attitudes
