Poor Service and Lies

I asked to have a DSTV Explorer installed and was booked for Saturday at 08h30 on 05 September 2015. After paying a deposit of R2500 well in advance I called to confirm the appointment only to be told that my appointment is now on Friday 04 September at 13h30. I was then told they are fully booked by an extremely rude person who then insisted that she confirmed 04 September 2015. I did not appreciate the way she treated me and I dont appreciate the way she thinks she can talk to customers. YOU guys are not the only people to be able to do this so i want my money back and will go elsewhere for the service [URL Removed]<br>
