Pope Alarms ... so great!!!

On the 3rd of July I contacted Pope alarms to fix a magnetic door alarm and move a led light. The technicians did not really know what was going on with the wiring and had lots of problems fixing the door magnet and moving the led light, eventually they add the led light to another wire they found and not where it is supposed to be. .. a Week later the alarms they worked on is not working anymore, it irritated me and I refuse to pay callout as they should have fixed it the first time around. A technician came and worked on the alarm it worked when he left but two hours later it is not working any more... the control room tell us to bypass about everything and the technician told us the system is old. I contacted the control room Monday (16th July) to inform them there is still a problem with the alarm, then I send a email to Mary Morilly on Monday 16 July at 11:32, did not get any reply from her. Then I send another email to Enver Willemburg that the alarm problem that we paid for is still not sorted and he also ignored and not respond to the email. I got a quote from them to upgrade or install another wireless alarm but think it would be the most really not very clever going with them as they cannot even get back with a reply on the problem the current alarm system got... I think Pope alarms is one of the companies that is really not great as they dont care about their clients or keeping them happy.
