NO CASH REFUND!!!

i was told by my alarm company Halt that perhaps my alarm battery needed replacing due to getting no signal. I sent one of my co-workers to POPE alarms to buy me a battery. When Richard arrived there he was informed that they only accept CASH payments. He paid the R300 and took it to my house, opened the package and then saw that it was the wrong product. He took the battery/transformer back to POPE Alarms and we were told that there will be no refund of any nature, because it was now a \used"battery and the sticker and packing were open!!! Even though everything was returned in the correct packing!!!!!<br> Shocking - what must i do with this transformer/battery thing?<br> DISGUSTING DISGUSTING - this battery/transformer thing has never been used!!!<br> Im a single female and obviously if I was a man"
