Unauthorized deductions from popcru

<p>Hallopeter, Popcru keeps on deducting my money from my persal whereas I cancelled the membership. Everytime I send them cancellation form they stop to deduct on my persal but they'll go to my bank account without my permission and deduct it there. When I reverse the deduction they go back again to deduct on my persal. Please help, hellopeter!!!
