Hi Julia my name is Muhammad and I sincerely apologise for your bad experience. Just to clarify the gentleman you claim who tried to jump the que was not Indian he is a African from Somalia ......his sister was inside the business and waited in the que. The brother was there to pay and was sent to the back of the que when he needed to do his own stationery shopping. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and go over and above for every client. Sometimes people take chances but we respect and treasure every one of our customers that enter our store. We hope to see you in the future and I hope this clears all uncer*****y that may have come up

Worst customer services ever I got to the store on Saturday I got there at 9h50 the was a Que No worries joined the Que After 40 mins I was almost by the door One of the muslim(Indian) came with kids and they saw that the Que was long He went inside to some lady so that they can jump the Que The man then called his kids to come in to the store I then asked him can’t you see that the is a Que He told me to ***off One of the stuff members came his name is Muhammad He asked what’s happening told him the story he then chose to listen to the Indian guy and said the wife is inside while he referred to one of the stuff members , he shouted at me telling me to listen to him , I then told him that his being ****** he then told me that you people don’t listen I asked him are you saying that cause I am black and I was on the Que for 40 mins so it means that guy can’t join the Que cause of the skin colour he then told the securities that they shouldn’t allow me to enter but I entered anyway and the boss came and told the guy that what his doing is wrong and everyone should join the Que Pop up stationery we are all customers and everyone should be treated the safe no matter the colour You management is ******
