Worst Take Away

I am so upset with the service and food I received from Poorboys Valhalla . I phoned to order food Friday evening in order not to stand an in a que and wait for food for hours. When I arrived the lady told me I can pay so long, the food is almost ready. 20 minutes passed, when I went to ask, I got told they ran out of stock on the spare ribs, but they have made a plan and it will be ready in 10 minutes. I saw the one waiter walking with a bag from the pizza place next door to Poorboy and everyone kept on looking at us, this looked very suspicious. I again went to ask for my food (this has been an hour since I phoned) and again got told that its almost ready. By this time my little boy was getting difficult because he’s hungry and tired. I then asked for my money back, I then got told the food is ready. I took the food and when I got home opened the box and found the most disgusting ribs I have ever seen never the less tasted in my life. Not sure if this was road **** that they served with tomato puree basting, I took that entire box and threw it in the dustbin, not even my dogs was interested in eating this. I am so unhappy and Poorboys will never see me again. Instead of telling me when I phoned they don’t have spare ribs or when I arrived to phone, no they wasted my time and money!
