Poorboys Sinoville selling expired fish

We bought Hake fish and chips from Sinoville Poorboys, with the first bite we tasted something was off with the fish. It had a sharp stench as if it has gone bad two days before and the texture was as rubbery as a second hand conveyor belt.

On returning to the premises of Poorboys grill and addressing the person in charge at the counter, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the fish, without them even tasting or selling the dish.

I was told that I will not be receiving any compensation for my troubles. I left the two dishes there and bought food from the nearest competition.

My family and I will not be supporting Poorboys Sinoville again in future and to the Owner I hope you get this under control for your own sake.
