Quality of food has reduced. Owner has a bad attitude

I am not happy with the quality of their food. The steak is very chewy and you can taste that the quality of the beef has been reduced. The sell a dagwood that looks like a burger that has an egg added to it. Poor guys used to sell amazing food and their dagwood was the traditional toasted dagwood. I will not buy food from that place anymore, to top it all the owner has a disgusting attitude.
