bad admin staff no morals for thier customers
bad experience with ****es insurance i have still born on 08/12/2020 on 10/12/2020 i sent all the document to ****es as a member up until today no response every time i call to follow up they waiting for the insurance to respond no follow from them surprising on they term and condition says claim gets paid in 48 hours

16 Dec 2020, 09:21Good Day , i have rep**** to your email sent to me yesterday,the timeline for claims is taking a lot longer than usual due to covid pandemic,we pay the premiums over directly to our insurers ,currently we cannot control the time line of policies being paid out,we wait for our insurers
