Poolwise Bad workmanship

So my pool started delaminating in spots where Poolwise worked. They are not interested in fixing it, made 100 excuses why its my fault and not theres, but the strange thing is, its only the part where they worked. Owner is not interested in fixing it , as apparently I did not have my water tested by them.
