STILL WAITING FOR ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE

My pool was installed in February 2015. When giving us a quote Gustav stated that the guarantee for the pool as well as the electrical certificate would be given to us upon final payment. Neither Gustav nor Sandy had to ask me for any payments, they were made on time as stipulated in the contract without any request for the payments. The final payment was made on completion of the pool. I eventually managed to get the guarantee approximately 2 months ago but have still not received the electrical certificate as promised. Although the pool was installed quickly once the plans had been approved I had to keep contacting them to enquire as to progress before the approval of the plans. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails to Gustav and Sandy since March this year I have still not received the electrical certificate as promised.
