Pooltek ****

I received a quotation from Andre de Waal, owner of pooltek for replacing my weir of my pool, He insisted that i need to pay upfront, which foolishly i did.The job was meant to be completed in 4 days, two weeks later and after many missed appointments, i have a weir that was put in to deep, the cementing hasn't been completed, the paving not replaced and he has now disappeared and not taking my calls,. This is a thoroughly dishonest individual who will take your money and then not complete the job and the work he does do is of such a bad quality, you going to have to pay to have it re done again anyway. I refuse to let him ***** my money, so am on my way to lay a charge of theft and hopefully recover some money from this person.
