Waterval Prison must be investigated…Because WOW…

My brother is at Waterval prison…it’s been 5 years now…We drive 5 hours from Soweto to see him….& another 5 hours back….Just for a visit….They had a family day 0n the first of May….As we thought we were gonna spend time with him and have a meal together as a family…..To our surprise we were told to go….Just imagine seeing someone for 10 minutes…:My mom is not well, she use oxygen to breathe …we have to carry the oxygen cylinder every where….We waited for the bus for almost 2 hours…just to take us to see our brother….He is serving his time & to be treated like a monster is something else…. He is a father to his kids A husband A son that her mom loves him so much A brother A victim of high unemployment…. What did we vote for? Why are we voting today?When my brother is refused to be moved from Durban to Johannesburg where his family can come and see him….His in a cage like a monster who does not have rights…..I have made calls and spoke to Prison officials but nothing is happening….We as Gumede family we not happy at all….We going to do everything in our power to escalate this…Until someone hear us….
