Waiting since 19 Aug 2023

The Mossel Bay Correctional Services has holiday accommodations that they rent. I have booked 2 chalets for the 19 August weekend and pay deposit and the daily rate. I have make contact with them several times but still have not received my deposit back. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I phoned again today left messages for MR Smuts who is the only one who works with accommodations finances left emails to his mailbox but no response.
