<p>Every week im trying to phone pollsmoor correctional service for a visit booking the phone is forever ring or lines is busy when they finally answer bookings is already full and then you just ask a question like how come its full nobody den answered the phone for over an hour so who did dey speak that the bookings can be full then on top of it they wanna speak to you like you one of the inmates at pollsmoor there service is pathetic</p>
