Department of correctional services failed us.

My father had worked for more than 30 years at Department of correctional services and passed on last year August, He got sick while he was on duty. It's been 9 months my father passed and his pension fund has been rejected by Gepf, when we try to contact correctional services (head office), they telling us that it's beyond they control and we are not getting a proper or professional response for that matter. The known department of Justice is the same department that is causing problems us, how do we as family fight this... This extremely hurting and devastating.
