Sun city prison poor service we haven't seen our family members for months due to corvid and now we have a telephonic booking system were we hold for hours without going through and when i called main switch board I am told they have only 1 line in such a big prison how can that be. This is poor service delivery and frustrating because our family members don't even know we have been trying to book visits.
