Badly treated by correctional official at Kimberly correctional center(bougroup)

I was at Kimberly correctional center a.k.a bougroup we came to visit my wife (keneiloe mokete) who is awaiting trial we made arrangements that we will share her 1 hour visit amongst my mum,family friend and myself.when it was my turn to go in an official Tumi Makgari stop me from seeing my wife claiming that my wife was seen by 2 people already whereas we made arrangements even got whatsapp messages where she said I should come in she will let the officials at the gate know about arrangements I was turned back without seeing her I came all the way from Bloemfontein for nothing mind you the public phones at the prison doesn't work we don't have any communication with my wife I was supposed to even give the nurse her prescription but was not allowed to she's been in Kimberly since Jan and the nurse at prison lost her medical prescription I took efforts as the nurse couldn't help her and the medication she's supposed to get is on chronic for 6 months am very hurt and would like this matter be looked at my number is *** am Kelebogile Kitsa
