Bad service

I am very disappointed how we are treated as South Africans with this department. My brother was arrested 2012 June 17 at Nigel court he then went to Boksburg prison then he was transferred to Pretoria sonnerveter Prison however we got a paper from Boksburg Prison that states that my Brother would be released on 2023 June 13 so now there's no parole , even if we ask about it no one os willing to help I mean official's and also they are saying that the paper we have we were not supposed to have however the prisoner should have been released . Even Seniors of the Corrctional service they don't answer to this matter and now he is developing anger there at Prison because he knew that he should be out by June. Please respond to this .
