POOLSIDE - POOR WORKMANSHIP AND USELESS GUARANTEE

Yuveer of Poolside repaired my pool by applying new marblelite. He was very pleasant and convincing as a salesman. He completed the marble-liting and provided a ten year guarantee. A month or two later it started to discolor in patches. He came as saw the discoloration and asked that I put several chemicals as there was metals in the water causing the discoloration. Of course, there was nothing wrong with the water. When I called several times and sent several messages, Yuveer blocked my number thus making it impossible for me to contact him. Of course the discoloration got worse and I subsequently found out that Yuveer used an inferior cheap marble which discolors. I want to let other unsuspecting people know that Yuveer cannot be trusted, even though he may sound like he can and to not use him or his services as he does not honour his workmanship and his guarantee. Rather use a reputable pool company instead with a decent track record.
