Pathetic after service

<p>Dealt with poolside from glenashley, Durban. Had our pool system converted from bag to sand filter. Quote was reasonably priced. System was converted within a week. Settlement of invoice done immediately. Since installation the pool has been constantly murky and sand not being cleaned from system. Went to poolside was told parts were misding from creepy crawly. Was told to replaced and charged for same. Situation did not improve. Went back to poolside and was told pH was low. Was then given chemicals to remedy that. Problem still persisted. Contacted owner to come through and have a look. Was promised on numerous times that he would but never pitched. At time of post still had no joy with sorting out pool and installation was done 3 weeks ago. Wanted to make other people in area aware of terrible after service received from poolside.</p>
