Poolsense is unreliable and after sales service even worse

I bought a Poolsense (on-line pool water monitoring) device about 4 years ago and since then have had it replaced three times for being faulty and several times having to be re-set the manufacturer. All in all, a wonderful product technically but continuously unreliable and even more lethargic customer service. Not worth the money for the unreliable service. More reliable using the water analysis pool strips or a water measuring pool kit
