Poor service from Rikus at pool24...

Hi...so I've contacted this guy called Rikus. CEO of pools24...running his own business with his son. Told him I was looking for someone reliable to do some work on my pool...he came out..blah blah blah. He did the job in November. Pool looked beautiful. Weeks later in December we found that the paint is peeling of. So I already spend thousands just to find out that the paint is peeling of in less thn a month....so we contacted him...showed him...told us he didn't work in December all places is closed. Just to msg afterwards to say his not fixing the pool. What a waste of money...what can I do...he blocked us...dnt take our msgs...we busy cleaning the pool...it looks ugly...paint still peeling off...what to do? Please someone advice us...
