<p>Pools 24 Pty Ltd did my pool over about a year ago. He fixed the pool weir, painted my pool, supp**** new pump filter timer and put in a light. He told me his work was guaranteed. I also contracted him to do my monthly pool maintenance. Not even 6 months later, the paint started coming off and I told him to re-do the pool. E decided winter time would be the best so the rain won't interfere with the paint. In January this year, the pump started getting noisy, and he told me it was still under guarantee, he would send the inspector out. Just before that, my leaf eater connection broke and he told me he'll bring a new connector, which he never did. The inspector found grass particles in the pump, and also found that it had an airleak between the weir and the pump. I whatsapped Rikus, phoned him, left messages, but no reaction from him, no service, no nothing! Now, 4 weeks of neglect later, Poolcare quoted me R4220 just to get my pool ready to swim in! EXCLUDING the paint job! W hat Rikus' story is, I don't know, but that is not the way to run a business! He is a bull****ter, using inferior materials to cut costs in order to get more work. But it's all going to crash down on him if he doesn't shape up! I just want to warn other people who might be tempted to fall for his stories, not to use him! Rather pay a bit more at a reputable company, and you will always have back-up service!</p>
