Pools Inc Kempton Park- do not do business with

We purchased a backwash tank, paid in full before the job started. 1st day they didn't bring enough cement for the platform required to be installed, not long enough pipe and the backwash tank had only 1 tap, instead of 2. Sales person Sheldon doesn't know the products he sells. The cement platform was eventually done, but due to rain required time to dry. It is now 6 days later (cement long dried) I am still waiting for someone to complete the job. Sheldon now avoids my calls, whatsapp messages. The management of Pools Inc must know about their *********** employees and the manner in which the company get represented. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
