Pools Inc on Atlas - Client service shocking.

Today I went back for the second time to find out why it had taken over a month to get any news about my pool cleaner unit that had supposedly been repaired but was still faulty. When I handed the unit back for repair I wrote in bold letters " Urgent" and gave my cell number. When I went to enquire what had happened this morning the unit was there but nobody had even give me a call to update me. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there. After I expressed my total dissatisfaction that I had not been contacted. I heard the owner tell the assistant to just "give the unit to the client to take away". What a shocking attitude. I will never go back.
