Pool Inc at it again

I am in absolute shock and disgusted by Sheldon's behavior!! I logged a complain about Pools Inc over a year ago and today (over 17 months later) I received a whatsapp from Sheldon... Not to apologise or reason for the pathetic service his team provided BUT to question why I logged the complain. Not even a simple apology. And ever since I left them I have been receiving excellent service from an alternate service provider. Please don't do your hard earned money in by dealing with these guys. Pathetic service in my opinion.
