AVOID POOLS INC - VERY BAD ATTITUDE!

Arrogant, rude and unprofessional! My wife requested the pool maintenance date to be changed and had to deal with sarcasm and an unprofessional attitude from Sheldon (later told me he is the owner but his mail signature states that he is the Marketing and Maintenace Manager). He swore at my wife and told her how insignificant our monthy pool maintenance contract is and proceded to terminate our service agreement " We have 150 maintenace clients, you are insignificant" were his words. Also swore at my daughter and son when they took the phone from my wife (we have the phone recordings, he called her %$#@ retarded and also provoked my son). Lack of professionalism and basic management s****s and just plain Disgusting!! Avoid them at all cost!
