Unresolved Issues and Lack of Accountability from Contractor

This company was contracted to refurbish my entire pool in December 2025. Within two weeks of the job being completed, we noticed a leak and a significant drop in the water level. I contacted both Ryan and Mohammed multiple times regarding the issue. Although I was assured that the leak would be addressed by the end of January, they have since stopped responding to calls and messages. The project was paid for in full, yet the lack of follow‑up and absence of customer service has been extremely disappointing.
