promises and schedules not kept

Poolright gave a promise to install in 8 days it's been 3 weeks now. A simple 3x4 pool. Have stayed home every day because they make appointments and don't keep it. Phone and ask to speak to management and management is whoever picks up the phone. They make excuses and more promises but nothing happens. They half clean the pool then use your pump and crawler to clean the pool. They don't belong to the pool association as they say it's a toothless body .Nobody you deal with takes ownership or responsibility and actually sort you out .The only time they have phoned me through this whole job was for there money otherwise the client must phone them. They go far as to blame labourers for the company incompetence. Poolright is disorganised and don't take pride and responsibility. I have phoned and emailed them .The only reason I utilised them was because of reasonable pricing and if the quality of their pools is the same as there unprofessional conduct then I have made a bad investment
