DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We contracted with Poolright to reline our pool, install new solar panels and build a water feature. We were told 4/5 day job - it took 6 weeks and literally dozens of phone calls and emails from us. 5 separate people in this company **** to us. We waited in when they promised to come on no less than 8 occasions and they did not turn up. Very messy, they have not cleared the site and we are left with bags of cement, sand, disused parts and pipes and rubble. Solar panels are fine because they had nothing to do with it - they outsourced! Big mistake on our part, we trusted them and when they said they needed the last payment, we did so and did not withhold any money. Never have we been treated so badly by any company in CT.
