Poolmate ****test service ever

Hi <br> I wish to lodge a complaint against Poolmate for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.<br> I bought a pool from them which i paid for in full and made arrangement for delivery roughly a month after payment as i work outside the country and would only be back on the 17 of October. i made arrangement for this pool to be delivered on the same day i returned as i wished to do the installation myself. i emailed Gerhard to confirm delivery and time before arriving back in SA and was promised that the delivery would happen in the afternoon. i subsequently arranged for a mini excavator to excavate the hole for the pool and labour to assist with the placement of the pool. the pool was never delivered. i then sent another email asking what had happened and was told that Gerhard was not aware that the pool was never delivered and that they did not have my contact details which is utter *******. i was then told that an arrangement was made for delivery on Wednesday which also has not happened. i have tried contacting the person in charge Derrick Du Plessis and was told he would call me back and i am still waiting. This is pathetic at best.
