Pleasantly surprised

Anton from Poolcraft Kensington has been to see to my complaint and is sorting this out. I understand that people in business do have busy periods and do get snowed under but a phone call or SMS to keep one in the loop is all that it takes to avoid any complaints. Thanks Anton.
