EXTREME POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

We have used Pool Warehouse's services several times, and each time it has been very frustrating. However, this occasion has been the last resort. We contacted Pool Warehouse and spoke to Dave first and then Juan. First Dave promised that our pool would be serviced and we would receive an invoice and then I followed up a few days later since I received nothing. I then spoke to Juan and I was promised an appointment and no one ever pitched up. Once again I followed up and took time off to meet with them and once again no one pitched up at our premises. In my opinion, stay away from Pool warehouse and find another service provider. Their service, feedback and attitude is disgraceful.
