Pool & Spa Experts (Oakdene / Bassonia) were contracted to build a pool.

Once the pool was built, it experienced immediate leaks visible weekly, of around 5 mosaic tiles a week for a pool of 3m x 2.5m covered semi indoor.

Multiple unsuccessful engagements with Pool & Spa resulted calling them to honor there guarantee on workmanship. They stated that the drop in water was a result of water evaporation.

Called in leak detection contractors to inspect the pool and found the Marbelite workmanship especially around the weirs was of poor quality and was fixed. They also found that the workmanship around the pool lite was of poor quality and this was addressed.

The pool leak was reduced from 5 mosaic tiles down to 2 mosaic tiles a week.

After almost 8 months, Pool & Spa Experts (Oakdene) agreed to come onsite and inspect the pool. They brought the solar contractor with to advise. They were arrogant and rude and completely dismissive of any issues with the pool, and continued stating that water loss was as a result of water evaporation.

Based on my experience with Pool & Spa Experts I do not recommend any one making use of there service. I found there quality of work to be of poor, there after service completely lacking and there guarantee on workmanship not honored.
