Terrible Customer Service

I'm surprised there aren't more bad reviews on this place. They offer you a great service on the quote, but the minute you pay the 80% deposit that they require before the work then they don't seem to care how they treat you. The guys actually fixing the pools are helpful but the office staff are terrible, they tell you the job will take a day to complete so you take the time off and they only plan to rock up in the afternoon. Apparently when they say it will take a day, they mean they will take 8 hours to complete the job but as and when they feel like it, not what suits you. You aren't allowed to cancel or get any refunds either so rather stay away and find someone reliable to do the work. Money making scheme. Seems like they ask for an 80% deposit as most people don't bother to ask them to come back and complete the work...
