Pool solutions no solution at all

Two months ago I had Pool Solutions replace my swimming pool pump . I also ordered a see through pool blanket . The pump kept tripping my electricity . After the technician came out for the fourth time, I got another company in who identified the problem with the pump. When the blanket arrived , it was the wrong colour and was extremely poorly fitted. It has now been three weeks since they have promised to refund me. I have emails and sms's from the owner promising payment, but I am still awaiting payment.
