Conpany gone down the tubes, avoid.

I have been a customer of theirs for some years now with no problem, they always did the work of maintaining my pool and invoiced me properly and fairly.

Then lockdown came and things really fell apart.

Boris seems to have fired his entire back office staff because there is no communication whatsoever and invoices are a mess. I was invoiced for a whack ton of money all at once because they kept coming out but they ever invoiced me. Fine, I paid it because they had done the work. Then I get another invoice which was even higher for the work that I had already paid for plus some other cleaning sessions. It even had a different bank account from the one I always pay into. Very fishy. I followed up saying they must issue me with a new invoice as I had already paid a portion of the new invoice last time but there was just silence. Now they have stopped coming and my pump has packed up and is tripping the power. I finally get Boris on email and he promises to send someone out the next day but nobody comes and I haven't heard anything. I have emailed and emailed and the new lady, Razia, also does not email back... I want to pay them money but they don't seem to want it.

Very sad as they did good work for a long time. Communication matters, it really does and now I have broken pump and green pool and the prospect of trying to find yet another pool cleaning company.
