Terrible Experience - Beware of This Company! Pool Service Projects (Deon)

I had a horrible experience with Pool Service Projects, and I feel it's important to warn others. I hired them to install a new pump and a salt water node and paid a significant amount of money upfront. Unfortunately, the owner, Deon, has not delivered on any of the promises. Despite taking my money, the work has not been completed, and it's been 2 months since the payment was made.

I've tried contacting Deon multiple times, but he either doesn't respond or gives excuses without any concrete updates or timelines. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I'm now left with a half functional pool and out of pocket.

If you're considering hiring this company, I strongly advise you to think twice. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same stress and disappointment.
