Damage to property and no assistance to right

<p>Pool Sentinel have installed 2 pool nets for us prior so in essence we have spent close to R20k with them. </p> <p>We moved into a rental and requested our old pool net be reconfigured. This was done and charged for . It is so tight, my extremely strong husband can't even put it on properly, so I definitely can't. Pool Sentinel advise there is no problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>The main problem is they drilled through the coping straight through our pool pump pipe. This burnt the pump out. We have been held liable for fixing both the pump and had to dig up the pipe. When asking for Pool Sentinel to please assist with the situation, they said they take no responsibility, we can take them to court and slammed down the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
